Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski also referred to as Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor most well-known for his part in the popular television drama series The Vampire Diaries. He has been recognized with numerous nominations and awards for his role in the TV series, including Teen Choice Awards. Wesley was raised in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He studied in New Jersey in the United States. Rutgers University was his next stop. When he realized the potential for his acting skills to be a great career, he chose to drop out. His debut appearance on TV was on the popular American TV soap opera Another World. The following year, he appeared as the lead character in 'Wolf Lake a TV series which aired by the CBS network. The career of his character reached a pivotal moment when he began playing the role of Stefan Salvatore, in the famous American television series The Vampire Diaries. The show has also seen him direct a few episodes. After his debut as a movie actor on The Last Run, he was in a variety of other films. Recent appearances include Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as a support actor. He is also fairly well-known on social media with more than 13 million fans on Instagram and 4.1 million on Twitter.
