Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton Brunswick Canada, is a Canadian actress most well-known for her role as Bo in the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was created by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk were both scholars. Ilkay was also a director, producer and playwright. She is Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with most fond memories of watching TV and attending rehearsals for performances. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for children. The Bachelor in Arts was conferred by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two plays in the early years: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was able to move from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. She met her future husband, Seth Cooperman, at an acting training in Los Angeles in 2007. They got engaged in 2009, and then married in the civil ceremony on took place in December. In Fredericton on the 10th of April in the couple renewed their vows, following Silk's conversion to Judaism. Silk was blessed with an infant son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born May 13, 2016. Silk has a number of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. The actress was nominated to win a Gemini Award in 2009 for this role. She landed a principal role as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while shooting the final season of the third season. She announced the pregnancy to the fans in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special that aired on 6 January 2013.
